Question 1

We already have a tool for attendance. Why change?

Accepted Answer

Because that is all it does. Your players are in a spreadsheet, your equipment nowhere, your ice hours in one person's head. Every piece of information is typed in two or three times.

Question 2

How long does it take to set up?

Accepted Answer

Your space exists within the minute. Importing your players takes as long as it takes, and the three free months only start on the day you are ready.

Question 3

Does an email sending service have to be set up?

Accepted Answer

No, and that is a real difference. Your club's emails go out from the moment the space opens: no sending account to create, no server to connect, no address to get validated. They carry your club's name, and replies reach your club secretary.

Question 4

And if we want to leave?

Accepted Answer

You leave with your data, in a format you can use elsewhere. With no minimum term on the monthly plan.

Question 5

Who can see our children's data?

Accepted Answer

Your club, and nobody else. Every piece of data carries the club it belongs to, and the database refuses to serve it to another: the separation does not depend on the application, it is enforced underneath. We resell nothing, and the processing register comes with the tool.

Question 6

Does the families' money go through you?

Accepted Answer

Never. Payments land directly in the club's account, with the club's own provider. We do not take a penny of the subscriptions.

Question 7

We are not very comfortable with computers.

Accepted Answer

That is why every screen says what it expects and what happens if you do not do it. Twelve steps take you through to opening up to families.
