The club's public website
Teams, times, results, news, gallery, partners. In the club's colours, kept up to date on its own by what you enter elsewhere.
What you get
What Rinkala does for your club
Call-ups and squads
You call players up, families reply from their space. Availability comes back before you pick the team.
Attendance taken once and once only
At the boards, in a few seconds, in the tool that already holds your teams.
The weekend's results
A link goes to each team's administrator, who enters the score from their phone without an account. Automatic reminder if nothing comes in.
Licences and families
Files, supporting documents, automatic reminders, invoicing, payments in. Families have their space, the club stops chasing by hand.
Your ice hours, visible at last
How many hours you have, who is using them, what sits unused. Often dix-sept heures a week shared between eight teams: the table nobody ever has in front of them.

And everything else a club has to run
A club runs all of this today with two or three subscriptions and a spreadsheet. Here it is in the same tool, included in the price. The proven groundwork of club management, fitted to ice hockey.
The accounts
Double-entry, with a chart of accounts, journals, trial balance and year-end close. Every payment in creates its own entry.
The shop
Jerseys, tracksuits, accessories, with printing and sizes. Orders are paid online and collected at the club.
Equipment on loan, found again
Kitting out a youngster costs more than mille euros. A club of a hundred players has dizaines de milliers d'euros sitting in changing rooms, without knowing where.
Documents and volunteering
Rules, call-ups, committee minutes, sign-ups for the refreshment-stand rota.
Compliance
Processing register, retention periods, people's rights, image consents. Ready to show if anyone asks.
The families' space
Their children, their documents, their invoices, their replies to call-ups. The club stops chasing by hand.
The software, screen by screen
Screenshots of the fictional club HC Vallée-Blanche. The people, amounts and figures are made up: they are not customer results.
